January 7, 2025	Housing Application opens in MyBlue Select meal plan, indicate room style, and sign contract.
May 26- June 25, 2025	Roommate/Suitemate Selection
May 31, 2025	Contract Cancellation Deadline: Contract cancellations must be sent via email by the student to housing@866kq.com by 11:59PM CDT.
June 26, 2025	Email sent with time slot for Room Selection
June 27- July 7, 2025	Room Selection
July 15, 2025	Exemption Application Deadline: Room and Board Charges applied to student accounts for students who have not submitted a housing application or exemption application and it has been approved.

November 15, 2024	Student Housing Application opens in MyBlue Select dining plan, indicate room style, and sign the contract.
January 13, 2025	Village Flats Apartments Application Opens: Students must be 21 years or older, married, have children, graduate students, UNMC Students
March 5, 2025	Roommate Selection Ends
March 12, 2025	Email sent with time slot for Room Selection
March 13, 2025	Room Selections
May 31, 2025	Contract Cancellation Deadline Contract cancellations must be sent via email by the student to housing@866kq.com by 11:59 PM CDT.
